Group and personal training are a great place to start, but what about the other days of the week? With our monthly programming, you will have day-by-day workouts written out for you for a whole month. These workouts are for those who have limited equipment at home or new to a gym.

Whether you're new to fitness, want personalized workouts, have specific mobility limitations, or just need some one-on-one time, personal training may be the solution for you. Bridgett will work with you to push your limits, check your form, and provide corrective exercises as needed.
